I think it is time to review the Chapter By-Laws.

Can you have a treasonous leader removed?

Can you initiate a vote of no confidence?

To reverse the outcome of an election?

I am offering to return to the Trout Club.

If my conditions are met.

You must initiate a vote of no confidence in your President Elect and have him removed from ANY elected office.

Once that is done, you will call a special election.

I will then assume the Presidency and proceed to dissolve the "RRTU" Corporate Entity.

How will I dissolve the "RRTU" Corporate Entity?

My first act as President will be to create a new Corporate Entity called the "Rahway Trout Club for Losers."

And there will be no annual membership fee for the Rahway Trout Club for Losers.

You will ALL PLEDGE YOUR ALLEGIANCE to the Rahway Trout Club for Losers.

BY SAYING: "I AM A LOSER. I PLEDGE MY ALLEGIANCE TO BEETLE AND THE RAHWAY TROUT CLUB FOR LOSERS."

In return for your COMMITMENT?

No membership fees!

So immediately, you a-holes will save about 35 bucks a year.

And, of course, we will allow the "RRTU" corporation to dissolve of its own ridiculousness.

Wow that plan looks , and reads like it was drafted by a lawyer , but we know that's not true . I also love this cause you thought it was clever at 3am . Why up so late beetle ? Kid crying ? Dog have to go out ? Old lady making you sleep on the couch ? Watching a lil skinamax ? Or just half in the bag ? Advise coming from you is tough to take even though you are such an outstanding example , the flyswap/ponzi scheme is the most under rated act of fraud that ever totally unfolded here . Reread my plan.

First, I plan to dissolve the RRTU corporate entity.

It will be replaced by the Rahway Trout Club for Losers corporate entity.

You meatballs will all save 35 bucks.

And the RRTU embarrassment will be over.

Isnt that some sort of unspoken qualification to be on the board of a chapter of TU?

It is refreshing to see the golden a-hole acknowledges that he would be the President or "head Loser" of the newly created entity. i think you guys found your man!!!

The real embarrassment will be over when you put down that video camera. Although the comedy value of them is huge,don't get me wrong. It is so embarrassing to tell people that "yea, he was our membership chairman" but after they stop laughing, I tell them that we had to let him go to find another chapter to bring his talents to. After you read his past posts you will understand that HE is the square peg that doesn't fit into the round hole. I'm embarrassed for him, cause he wants SO bad to be a part of RRTU. I'ts amazing though,that he still has time to post, what with all of those stream improvements, tree plantings and dam removals he has been working on in his new chapter. What? ....he....I didn't think so. Dung Beetle....just keeps on filming....I mean rolling.....his dung... THAT'S A WRAP!

Why would anyone want to put a gag order on him? Everyone needs to test their own competence to some degree. Just to see if you are still all there, By silencing the jester, fool, buffoon, clown, jongleur, jogleor, joculator, sot, stultor, scurra, fou, fol, truhan, mimus, histrio, morio, narr or whatever you may refer to him as. You would be removing a useful tool that you could subsequently measure your own sanity against
