Hello all! Back from Kitty Hawk, NC and perhaps some of the worse fishing conditions they've seen in years down there (at least pier/shore fishing anyway). The winds were blowing from the SW at 10 - 20 MPH every day. Only during High Tide did the water warm up and schools of baitfish came close...
