Welcome back to the new NEFF. Take a break from Twitter and Facebook. You don't go to Dicks for your fly fishing gear, you go to your local fly fishing store. Enjoy!

Just an reminder that the Pequest has quite a few programs worth checking out for Fly Fisher-person :applaudit

Such as these in February:
FLY TYING DEMONSTRATIONS - Every Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. - Expert tiers from the East Jersey Chapter of Trout Unlimited will be tying their favorite patterns in our exhibit hall. Observe, ask questions and learn in this informal setting.

FLY FISHING ROUNDTABLE - Saturday, February 18 at 10 a.m. - Spend a winter morning discussing any aspect of fly fishing that you're interested in with Wildlife Conservation Corps members Jim Flatley and Pierre Benoist. Find out what flies to use, a good fishing spot, how to tie that special fly and more. Registration required.

It's a great place to visit with the kids! No better way to get out of the house and get your "fish fix" while having that quality time with the family :D

I highly recommend both of these (since I participate in both)!

The Round Table session is a popular session. We've had folks from North Jeresy newspapers write articles about the class. There is a limit to the maximum # that can attend, so make sure your register in advance.

East Jersey TU volunteers provide the fly tying demonstations every Saturday throughout February and March. I lot of great techniques can be learned by these folks, so if you're into fly tying, thinking about fly tying or curious about fly tying, these demonstartions will be an educational experience for you.
