I wouldnt be surprised if at your usual locations they are poping. I have heard rumors of the tricos around three weeks ago. That is not to say it was a fishable hatch but they were around.
By now I would bet they are going good.. only problem is alot of the places where I might expect them are a little warmer with the yoyo releases.
Get there and get there early.. if you dont see the tricos swing some flys and wait for the Pseudos.

Fishizzle, I use worms but I'm looking to upgrade!
I saw them 2 weeks ago at bardparker swarming ,but an early morning shower killed it before the spinners could fall. If you give the lower west/upper mainstem a look in the next few weeks you should see some spinners on the sunny mornings. If not, there will be fish rising to leftovers from the night before and olives. Goodluck
