Who out there has landed one on the fly? Personally, I have never sealed the deal with a Musky on the fly to date. I have had a few on while striper fishing in the Delaware but have lost the fish each time.

When I first clicked on this topic I thought someone had captured two muskies spawning in the wild. Years ago, I was actually fortunate enough to observe and help with this effort up close at Hackettstown. It's cool to see these big toothy fish so docile (A drug powder is added to the tub of water to kind of tranq them for a few moments) and handled gently for this effort. They're stripped of either the milt or eggs, revived, and within a day or two brought back to the lake they were captured from.

I haven't caught one yet, lost a few in the Delaware on the spinning rod and had several follows. I saw one once while floating & flyfishing and tried desperately to get it to attack my streamer.
