Went to the Penny Packer at 12 tried one area looked like it had alot of water due to the rain. Could see the flood line about 15 feet above normal, good spots just didn't see any life there. Went to my old spot water about 1 foot higher than normal, very clear. Landed 4 trout in an hour all on a green weenie, gave the fly rod to my GF started hitting them on a panther martin gold. 2 hours 23 fish, was picking up when we left at 2:15. No top action at all fish were very agressive.
