Morris Kushner (The Rodmaker) DVD available

Trout season is almost rising...

The DVD is from a movie I made more than 30 years ago about my grandfather, Morris Kushner. It contains rare footage of Morris all over the world, footage of John Voelker (Robert Traver) at his private cabin at Frenchman's pond in Michigan's U.P, as well as Bob Summer's reminiscences of Morris.

Chapter 13 of Trout Magic is about Morris and pretty much sums up what my grandfather accomplished .

The un-edited interviews with Voelker and Summers are included. Far from a commercial venture, I hope to encourage fisherman everywhere have access to this rare film and audio archive.

FYI: Scott made a donation to the site a few years back when he originally posted this in 1997.

Check out the trailer, it's interesting.

In the meantime, I'll prod him to maybe take out a banner ad. I don't think he's getting rich off of this.
