I'm selling my best nymphing rod, 9'6" Sage SLT 5 wt, custom built by ME. It's on ebay right now, but I'll pull it if someone wants to pay me $450 for it.
REC blued nickel silver seat with gunstock walnut insert, blued nickel silver grip check, TiCh strippers, single foot running guides and tip top. Olive and garnet wraps with gold inlays, four feather inlay on label, Copano and burnt burl grip. Comes with REC tube and sock.
This rod is a very sensitive nymphing rod in medium fast action, but can shoot line with the best. It's probably the best rod in my arsenal, and I've fished from the Claremont to the mainstem Raritan with it, and never felt disadvantaged.Pockets, short casts or long, it really is very versatile.
