My 3 boys Fly-Fish with me , more often now that school is out.
My youngest though is really getting into it big time.He's only 7
He Practices his casting with me on the Neversink, now he's into the "BUGS"
He wanted a quiz ,he typed his answers below. Got a 100.
What is a spinner ? a may fly that lays eggs they die and then the new eggs hatch next year Correct

Why must you match the hatch ? use the same bugs that are on the river if you dont they wont go for it -Correct
First thing you do when you walk into a river? look for bugs on the water and bugs in the air - correct
When there are no bugs on the water and you see fish rising what do you do ? i am gonna look for caddis in the air and use a caddis poopa - correct but there is more.
