Fly Fishing for Shad

Has anyone been fly fishing for shad, what flies do you use and where on the Delaware are the best places to wade from, any help would be appreciated. I've never gone and think it might be fun

I have...but it hasn't been good yet this year...for the fly...cant tell which try this rock...cruise the river shoreline....roads...look for anglers...cars...boats...its too deep to wade there...biggest issue is finding a spot to wade enough to have enough room for a back cast....always a problem especially in high water...flies need to be simple.no tail or wing just colorful===chartreuse n pink chenillr is all needed.
