diy tying bench tools

i'm looking for some kind of stand to buy/make for keeping chenele out of the shoebox and off those little cards that would be convenient on my bench. maybe something made with thread spools. any ideas/suggestions are appreciated

I have a couple of the Spirit River dispensers (# ALL-000) that I use for chenille, yarn and poly-wing materials.

I had them for a number of years I purchased them at The Fly Hatch.

Price then was $5.99 each.

I also use this to to hold my wire, tinsel, uni-stretch. Keeps it organized.

Isn't neatness the sign of a sick mind? I keep mine all over the top of my tying bench or in a box nearby...somehow or another, I always seem to find what I need without too much cursing
