Good morning I was fishing the never sink river once again last night. Fish were rising everywhere starting around eight p m. Small blue wing olives and an occasional candy apple green caddis....no sulphurs.... Is sub surface emergers it appears. Could not figure it out???? Wound up catching a few nice ones at dark on a March brown fished till 10 pm....16-18 inch browns. Any torch?

Fishizzle, I use worms but I'm looking to upgrade!
I like a wet fly (emerger?) when I see this and can't get them on a floating fly. Uncomplicated and simple to make and fish, floats just under the film. Small olives, light cahill, and sulphurs are all great choices this time of year if they won't take it on top.
