Paraleptophlebia adoptiva nymph. They're hatching. Here's a nymph. A little pheasant tail nymph imitates these guys great. This one was a little camera shy, but finally stopped wiggling for a quick photo.

I found a dun on a local stream and and was able to get a couple shots. Notice the oval hind wing. One of the keys to identifying the adults.
