Gb what do you see the future of the Upper Delaware system is after NYC builds the D-sal plant and no longer needs the water reserves from the Delaware and its tributaries? Are you going to start petition to take down the dams? You have stated that humans have an impact on the environment. Those dams do impact the environment, but I kind of like the aquarium the way it is.

New York will eventually go the desal route. The nanotechnology and cost efficiency makes it a matter of time.

I will guess that NYC has a modern desal plant by 2035.

Now lets say going back to the days of totally natural flows and brook trout were possible, say by 2100?

Would I support it?

I expect to be dead.

Yes but the UV will be so strong by 2035 that is will kill the micro invertabrates anyway. So we wont need the damn dam
