I have RARE new never used Hatch fly reel with case. Its a Generation 1 Hatch Finatic 1 plus. 0-3 weight lines. 2.8 oz. Holds 50 to 80 yards backing. This reel is 2.9 inch in diameter. .85 width. Were talking small. You might even use one of these as a key chain. LOL. The sexiest light-line reel available. Its set up for left hand wind but can be changed. The funnest reel to play with. The Hatch Fanatic 1 Plus is a tiny jewel. This is a great gift for the angler in your life, and if they don’t have a rod to put this on they will get one. This model is a mid-arbor reel.
This is the last of the first generation Hatch Finatic’s 1 plus and has been recently replaced by the Fanatic Gen 2. The smallest reel they make now is a Hatch 2 plus. Hatch reels are high quality all c and c machined reels. The reel foot is all one piece machined. No screws to rust to hold reel foot on. The drags are super nice on these reels with easy to turn drag knob. I will sell this reel for $275 shipped to the lower 48. Pay Pal ok. You will be impressed with the quality of this reel. P.S Please take a look at the pics I've provided. Ignore the little white specks if you can - I've discovered that wiping down reels with a cotton cloth instead of microfiber is not the smartest thing to do. But the pics don't lie.
