Pocono waters

I took a ride up to check out the Poconos streams after a couple of days of cooler weather. About this time last year we hit a week of cooler wet weather that resulted in some excellent Cahill and hebe hatches. This time the bugs held off until the last minutes of light and then it was mostly the hebes that came out. Fish were stacked up in the faster oxygenated water but they fed aggressively until I left. The rivers should fish really well this fall.
