Latest Rod of the bench

Ronbo

Life's short fish bamboo!!
Finally posting some Pics of my latest rod off the bench.
7' 4 wt. 2 pc. Flamed Edwards 25 taper Quad. Java brown silk wraps tipped black.Expresso bean agate stripper. Blued Nickle silver hard ware. Custom 1/4" cork ring grip and reel seet.Grip and reelseat made with Black pigmented glue.Has Garrison pocketed real seat hardware. Already fished this baby 3 times and I'm quite pleased with the performance. Fishes nicely in close but can still get some line out when I want it to. Works nicely with my silk dt line and the vintage Hardy LRH Lightweight reel. I split another Culm for a Dickerson 7613 hope it's ready for Boofest :smiley-sniffer:
Here's some pics of the rod enjoy!

There is nothing better than to look at a fine piece of ART.

Outstanding craftsmanship Ronbo.

Simply Amazing. I would like to know how one starts getting into this business, and not for money making purposes, but simply to create something this beautiful and useful. I've read some internet articles and watched videos on youtube, but would like to seriously start practicing my own craft.

Absolutely beautiful. Love how the wrap colors and blued ferrules go with the color of the cane. :hubbahubba:

Very nice looking stick!! I love the color scheme you wrapped it in! I appreciate a fine piece of work resulting from one's labor of love....... Beautiful stripper guide. :give-the-finger:
