Wanaque

Haven't fished my home state in ages. Thinking about swearing I am not a dead-beat Dad and hitting the Wanaque below Greenwood Lake on a warm fall day. Anyone been there lately? Bright colored flies? Any actual hatches this time of year?

It was a bit blown out when I got there. When it's flowing nicely, it reminds me of the Upper Beaverkill or Neversink.

I've never been able to figure out if you should cast left handed on a sideways river, or lean over and cast with your right.
