I'm looking to rent it out a few weeks a year. I really just want a resposible bunch of guys that won't trash the place. Getting top dollar is not my goal.

I agree with you 100%...I think I might be the exception to the whole "city" mentality. I live in Westchester Co. and own a summer residence with 56 acres in Sanford. I am an avid fly fisherman for 10 years and love being out there. I also have signed with XTO and hope to see the drilling start...

Hi, I am looking for some info. on fishing the Cannonsville reservoir. It seems like a real pain to get a boat, have it sprayed, etc. Is it worth all of the trouble? I have heard the fishing is good but I would like to hear everyone's opinion here. Thanks for the info! Carmine
