im looking to purchase a 3wt rod 7'-7'6 in length. I have a galvan standard 3.0 reel that i use for my 5wt it is really designed for a 4/5wt... if i buy an extra spool for it will it be suitable for a 3wt rod??? will it balance okay or is it going to be too heavy/big??? thanks for your input.
