Didymo List

I have been having too much fun fly fishing in NJ this year to wander out of State yet, but with the warmer weather I am starting to consider an outing to some of the great tailwater fisheries that feed the Delaware in NY and PA. I have read on the NY DEC site that didymo is present in the East and West Branch. Is there a comprehensive list that is available? If possible, I would like to avoid the infected waters.

So how come the b kill isn't effected while majority of us fish both rivers same day/weekend without cleaning their waders and boots ???
