Welcome back to the new NEFF. Take a break from Twitter and Facebook. You don't go to Dicks for your fly fishing gear, you go to your local fly fishing store. Enjoy!
Headed to Virginia in a few weeks and was planing a day fishing in the Shenandoah NP. Found some info on the Rapidan River. I figure on fishing the upper section near Hoover's camp. Has anyone fished it? Any thoughts or other ideas?
Native Brookie from Mud Run in Hickory State Park. Only fished for about 4hr the whole vacation but was given the ok to purchase a 3-day license. Been married to the same woman for 15yrs, still have not figured out her motives and agendas.
I'm all set for the drive by's as well. They take the same round as a bear. As for the beaver, I had a dream when i was 15 yrs old about getting killed by a beaver. Woke-up and the sheets were wet.
Headed to the Poconos, Lake Harmony area, next week. How are the conditions? I've heard there was a heatwave and so drought conditions. Plan is to fish Hickory, Mud and Toby. Any advice? And yes I know about the snakes & bears.
Live in NE, Rhode Island to be exact. Longing for a little bit of everything. Just started to tie from a kit I got for x-mas. Supplies running low and need more hook size variety.
You need a good cork soaker. I understand beetle is for hire.

I'm in RI now. But my tackle box is full of lures from my grandfather just for musky. When I open the box guys here think I'm fishing salt water, that's how big these bastards get. New goal on buck list, catch musky on fly rod.
Born and raised in the mid-west, I remember traveling north to northern WI, MN and into Canada on the hunt for musky. Anyone here have the opportunity to fish for this monster on a fly? Would like to hear.
