    It was probably a size 16 if it was on a hook........The cold floods of New Jersey chased it away from the river and on to my front porch.....

    If I were to imitate with Mercer's missing link, would I put a tail on it...and if I did, with the size of it I would probably have to use para-cord?


    I thought CMM left NEFF for Instagram or tweeter or something like that.....I was disappointed to see him....

    I can't species this from the quality of the photo, but the forewings are suggestive of the genus Callibaetis sp. post it on my new
    (Mayfly Identification of North America) facebook group. experts are members including Doctors of Mayfly taxonomy.
