Upper Jordan creek near Weidasville

Went fishing on the Upper Jordan above Weidasville on Monday. The creek was so low it was pitiful. I don't think I can ever remember it being that low. I didn't do too well with the creek being as low as it was. I did manage to find a neat little hole where there was a ton of small natives. I spent about four hours there and caught probably about 10 fish on about a size 22 tan caddis. Mostly were 5-7 inches. Mostly Brownies. Even though there was nothing legal, I still had fun. The only thing I have to say is if anyone is planning on fishing the stretch in the gamelands near the gun range, the water is way too low.

Cheers!
Mike

Here we go again..:) Brown trout aren't natives, they may be wild, but not native to Pennsylvania....;)
