Anyone ever heard of AGNOLI ENGINEERING?
Now that Brian won't hang around with him anymore, they're Lew's new buddies.

Yes, and your town brought him in to help with their Ramapo project. He is a hydrologic engineer formerly with NJDEP, and a good guy that "gets it". He is to replace Boswell who apparently messed up badly on the first two attempts to obtain permits to restore the river.
