Fracturing happens thousand of feet below the aquifers and so far no aquifer has been contaminated, although the statement in the article leaves one to believe its from fracturing, intentionally!
Not unusual given the media source and the liberals belief that the government knows best when it comes to distributing and controlling energy in this country!

Lets split some hairs for a laugh...
And say that isoporpyl contamination did not occur as a result of hydraulic fracturing, which happens deep down below the aquifers, right?
Ok cool.
So if it isn't fracturing that caused the problem here, what did?
I gotta assume that while the fracturing occurs deep down, they gotta go past the aquifer to get down deep enough to frack, and then again go past the aquifer on the way back up...
So what do we call the part of this process that appears to be causing isopropyl to contaminate our groundwater?

I just get a laugh out of it - when these companies say it isn't the fracturing that's the problem, but its the disposal wells or something else that happens, unrelated to fracturing.
Its the dumping of cancer causing chemicals into disposal wells, and earthquakes that rupture them!
That's the problem.
Not the fracking, which is perfectly safe.

They don't think, they know. The average American is one of the dumbest animals on the planet. How else can you explain voting in Obama for not one but two terms? But who cares, I just hope they keep fracking in PA for a few decades because we just had a gas line installed from the road to the house and are about to yank our home heating oil tank and burner in exchange for natural gas which is half in cost. Just in time for Old Man Winter
