Microsoft and the second ammendment

Not about government, and it's been in effect since 2009, but so few people actually read service agreements that, up until recently only a few "gun nuts" were aware.
Microsoft recently made some changes to their terms of service, and is in the process of sending e-mails about it to users of their services.... There's now some discussion at the computer forums, by "normal people", who just noticed.

If you use
Outlook.com (formerly Hotmail), OneDrive (formerly SkyDrive), Microsoft account, Microsoft Family Safety, Windows Photo Gallery, Windows Movie Maker, Windows Live Mail, Windows Live Writer (these services are collectively referred to as the “Windows Services”); Office.com, Microsoft Office 365 Home Premium, Microsoft Office 365 University, and other Microsoft Office-branded services that link to this Agreement through a supplemental agreement (the “Office Services”); Bing; and MSN are the primary services this Agreement covers.
Microsoft Services Agreement - Microsoft Windows

You should be aware:
Prohibited Uses

You will not upload, post, transmit, transfer, distribute or facilitate distribution of any content (including text, images, sound, video, data, information or software) or otherwise use the service in a way that: .....

promotes or otherwise facilitates the purchase and sale of ammunition or firearms.
Code of conduct - Windows Help

If you're a hunter, shooter, manufacture or market sporting goods, in the military, or law enforcement, or just want to speak freely, you may want to be careful about composing or storing paperwork using MS online services. They could delete everything without notice.

How did I miss this one?!!

I guess the gubberment is screwed. All of our crappy computers run microsoft and windows. I hate windows. Our macbook is so much better.

FYI - Google has a similar policy, but they're a bit more forthcoming about why, and somewhat more specific about what's allowed or not allowed.

If you haven't been following the news on New Jersey.
Governor Christie vetoed the bill that would have reduced the permitted size of ammunition magazines to ten rounds.

But none of this stuff is ever followed. I get regular 2nd Amendment emails, ads from gun companies (that I signed up for), etc.
