Too many streams too little time
For the past several months the beetle has tormented, belittled, defamed, and desecrated fellow NEFF members and the NEFF site in general. He threatens to destroy our site by building his own web site. He has attacked Rusty Spinner because of his quest to provide unlimited trout and vows to replace it with a competing organization called lots of trout. I have stood by and let these infractions occur but today I am calling out the beetle and challenging him to a flyfishermans duel. Its MACFLY vs the beetle in a no holds barred, bare knuckle, to the death fly fishing battle. I intend to humiliate the beetle. After I win this flyfishing competition (AND I WILL WIN), the beetle will be so humiliated his plans will fall apart. So fellow NEFFERs get your popcorn out cause its gonna be a show. I will post more details shorty but for now I am throwing down the challenge to the beetle. Do you accept my challenge..Well do you!!!
 
mac beetle has been good lately lol whats the challenge? who can be nice for the longest.... or a friendly one fly challenge on a random stream that both of you knuckleheads have fished befor...... no that sounds like a good challenge.....

Listen when I want your opinion I will give it to you. Stop sticking up for the beetle. He can take care of himself. Now Beetle are you gonna accept the challenge or are you Chicken.
 
Bettle has hired me to be his agent. I am authorized to ACCEPT the challenge. In discussions with him he called you a lot of names. This is a family site and I will not repeat them. He also said his aunt Sally can cast better than you, and she doesn't have any arms. So it is on.

Dont call me names. I am defening the honor of NEFF. Something AK or none of you are willing to do. Beetle has been disparaging this site and threatening to destroy the very fabric of NEFF. As one of the NEFF elders having seniority over all of you (including AK) I am planning to personally destroy Beetle on the trout stream. This will cause his plans to fall apart. Left unchecked Beetle could overthrow NEFF and more importantly Trout Unlimited. What would Rusty do if trout unlimited was destroyed. Do you really want an organization called lots of trout run by the beetle. I dont think so. The name itself implies bait fisherman with treble hooks taking piles of trout from our streams. This cant stand and I will see to it that Beetle is humiliated when I outfish him.

So it is written so it shall be done:)
 
wow wow whats going on? macfly vs the beetle what a battle that would be i agree should fish a stream that neither one of u ever fished. to be honest the beetle is the man but im sorry bro i think macfly would win. well lets get the battle on.

Let’s establish some rules. I believe each contestant must use the same exact fly. The contestants may agree to change flies but still be using the exact same fly at all times. Contestants may choose to use weigh. The weight of shot used by both contestants must be equal. Contestants must agree to allow or not allow strike indicators. Fishing time should be set. The most fish landed in the given ammount time shall dictate the winner. The rules shall be set to remove any inconsistencies between opponents. This will allow contestants to be judged solely upon the fisherman’s ability to understand the water and where trout will hold pertaining to stream conditions. If I missed any additional rules please feel free to add them.
 
IMOVHO -- Neither of you Beetle or MACFLY are worthy of such a prestegious contest -- NEFF is bigger than both of you and there shouldn't be a winner or loser for the mere fact NEFF is here and will continue on weather or not this contest does.

Both of you guys have EGO'S as big as the world itself, -- and neither of you can catch a trout even if your lives depended on it. If you 2 schmucks want to duke it out then duke it out -- Just leave NEFF out of it. LMFAO

Bettle wanted me to say that McFly is not really much of a challenge. Without BHC litterly giving him the fly and tying it on for him he will be lost. He is thinking about it, but is not sure if your worthy of fishing next to him
 
I will only deal with the Beetle. He has made some bold statements on this site and acted in a way that is shameful. I am a NEFF veteran having fought many wars against the dark lord ( AK). I will now confront the beetle face to face and when I am done with him there will be no more plans to overthrow NEFF and Trout Unlimited will not have
To worry about a rival organization. I am the true defender of NEFF. So Beetle stop running and don't hide behind a washed up used pontoon boat salesman.
 
I have conveyed your thoughts (sparse as they may be) to Sir Bettle. He is incensed that you would snub his ambassador. We are discussing reprocussions for your actions
