That fly is in the stage AFTER the imago stage only seen in some less evolved individuals of that species... THAT fly is the rare Stenonema Vicarium Nascarus.
From a fly fishing aspect based in history March Brown is likely a good choice for a common name. However from what I see this is likely a Stenonema femoratum. It is a female and is in the imago or spinner stage. The rusty stigma stain and crowded crossviens in the bulla of the forewing point to it anyway.
