Reciently I have been playing around with skd glasso style flys on smallies, and have found them to be very effective. Is there anyone else out there that has simular results?

Funny you should bring this up. I plan on experimenting with this idea on the lower Delaware this summer. No personal experience yet, but it makes all the sense in the world. Stripers would be targeted simultaneously as well.

I have had pretty good luck with them. They seem to just on a spey fly just as fast as any bugger. The fact that I love tying them makes it all the better.

Most do not think of Flies as being multi species , but why not ! I use Bonefish flies for Smallmouth and Shad and they don't seem to mind. F/T

Yeah, I realize that the thought of fishing warm water fish with spey fly's might offend a few die hard stealheadders. But I love tying them, so if it works I'll use them.
