We rarely get a window with temps like this in August.

I hit a local river the other night thinking the cooler temps and rain would be good but to my surprise the river was still extremely low.

May is the new June, but August is the new September. It's been that way for some time now. It was low 50s here in Flanders this morning. A few early leaves are turning colors even. Won't be long before hunting season........

That's no kidding. I was at the KLG at 6:15 on Saturday night and the water was 65

Yes, plenty. 62 tonight at 6. Had a nice brown on around 13-14"s that I lost on a black muddler late.
