    Upper West Branch

Hello all. I rented a cabin on the Walton/Hemden boarder in NY. Walking distance to the west branch of the Delaware above the Cannonville res. Anyone have info on the fishing up there? I will be there Aug 1 to Aug 8th. Any info about the area as well would be great. Hiking , dinning sightseeing etc.

    KLG Report -- 1/19

As far as keeping your feet warm, take it from an old beat(and bike) cop. I found that using a light sock made of silk or poly pro as a liner under a heavy wool sock works the best. the sweat will wick through the first layer keeping your feet dry. Don't tie your boots too tight you need to...

    sad.

What is sad is not the killing of the fish or the technique he used to catch it. It's the bashing of other fishermen in pure chest thumping stupidity. That bothers me.

    Bug stuff

I tried the listerine mouth wash thing it did not work. It worked for a short time when I first applied. That is what got me to start this thread to begin with. It worked well on the bites afterward to stop the itching.

Name the brand and how it is applied (spray, lotion. towelettes etc) I was using 'Deep Woods Off' the other day but after handling a few fish I started the get bites on the back of my hands. A friend suggested using 'Listerine" that did not seem to work. So...

    South Branch Access

I spoke to a rep from Washington twp parks dept. He stated that nothing has changed. He will be checking on the signs to see what is up. He also said that the town owns 13 acres and that the town has supplied signs for the homeowner to post near the bridge, but they would has Washington township...

    South Branch Access

I was told when I have posted the same question, The signs are to discourage people from straying on to the private property that is around the river. You can park in the dirt area and walk up the driveway. But Scott Park is the river and not much more. Rusty you were one one the people that...
