I did some research around here (Colo) and it indeed would be illegal. if you hook the fish anywhere than the inside of the mouth it's considered as per the DOW snagging and that's illegal - UNLESS you are fishing for Kokes.

So there is this "brand new technique", called the Moffitt System (moffittangling.com), looking similar to bead fishing. It claims to be more fish friendly etc.... Did anybody try this, is it worth the effort? At first sight, looks like another gimmick to lure $$$ out of our pockets. Karel
