Wow, You guys are so cynical. My first question, "Is it legal?". I know on the Salmon in NYS it is illegal to use more than one fly. If the fly has no hook does it count as a fly. Is is legal to have a bare hook several inches below the fly? The other questions I'd have that did not seem to be...
