Welcome back to the new NEFF. Take a break from Twitter and Facebook. You don't go to Dicks for your fly fishing gear, you go to your local fly fishing store. Enjoy!

  • I had changed the signature to "Future Fanatic Fan", but I'm backing out of the confrontation. I don't want to be the 'thread killer" troll (if I'm not already).
I was just up on the dep website to see where I could chase the trucks this week :).
I saw there are some bridges closed on the Flatbrook. Is this old news? I was only aware of the one(s) on Fish + Game Rd...
The Three Bridges area on Mountain Road within the Flatbrook-Roy Wildlife Management Area is closed to vehicular traffic indefinitely. The decision to close the road was made based on concerns from Department of Transportation engineers regarding the structural integrity of the bridges.
Sportsmen can still access this area via foot and can park along Mountain Road before the bridge closures, and can also use alternate routes via Brook Road from Route 560 or Mountain Road from Walpack Center. (View map)
Sure you can bring your wife...just don't let my wife find out. Next Friday will work for me. Let me know.
hey, i would LOVE to join you on the Flatbrook. A weekday is usually not a problem; I've been taking fridays, but can change that to mondays...

can i bring the wife? i'm still a bit of a newbie (w/ a flyrod), but she's an expert since her personal instruction w/ Rusty Spinner!
Dog, I was told they released many of those big Rainbows on Flatbrook too. I'll be there tomorrow morning on the upper fly strech trying to catch one.
    Hey Cdog,
Do you happen to drink beer? I thought I would bring a "thank you" for sharing your spots with the likes of Jamie and myself. Let me know-
    Jay
