From a fly fishing aspect based in history March Brown is likely a good choice for a common name. However from what I see this is likely a Stenonema femoratum. It is a female and is in the imago or spinner stage. The rusty stigma stain and crowded crossviens in the bulla of the forewing point to it anyway.
