    I was going to tie a black elk hair caddis, but I think that's a Stone Fly imitation,
    not a mayfly or caddis

    So, I'll go with a cdc & elk.

    BTW: I'm pretty sure the cdc & elk
    is a different fly than JasonM's CDC biot caddis.

    Black Elkhair Caddis

    Hey Rob,
    You can use the Blk Elkhair Caddis, that is a caddis. It is also used for a Little Blk. Stonefly.

    well, got about10 or 11 black caddis tied, but want to tie up 2 dozen and choose the best...almost there. thought I'd get em done last night but got "tied up" with other things
