About the wild trout streams that some have pics of

where are they at. right now every major river is too high and is annoying, going out tomorow wit some friends, probably late afternoon evening

saw a lot of pics, where they at

we live in warren county, so hunterdon, sussex, etc is accessible. we want to fish some small water and were tired of the pohat

if you get around to it, recomend some flies, but of course we'll be ready to go wit the hatch

Good luck with this post it seems that everyone that knows a good amount about these streams are the ones unwilling to say anything about them. THe biggest are the ones that just give you the link to the website which is a pain to get info from and really doesnt help you out much. I would help you out but i dont really know alot about them. Two medium sized waters to try though are the mulhockaway creek and spruce run creek. Both have been stocked and are smaller so you can get a fly in and have half a chance. Also you might want to give the claremont stretch of the southbranch a try. Its got a good amount of wild trout and has decent hatches. Good luck

Unless the WTS is already on the list of regulated waters, people are reluctant to publish these streams on the internet, for fear that they'll be abused.

You'd probably have better luck contacting the person who posted the picture via Private Message. Since you're new to the forum, he may be reluctant, don't be hurt if he chooses to keep it to himself until he gets to know you better.

Nice attitude, Headless. I'm sure people will rush in to help you, based on your last response. Seems like Pete was offering some good, friendly advice, on how you might get the info you're looking for. But, you obviously know better....

Thumbs down You want WTS ? With an attitude like that ?

    NFW

May I respectfully ( this time ) suggest that:
    1) you look on the NJ F&W site and get a list of WTS.
    2) go to topozone.com or
    3) buy a DeLorme topograhical map
    4) go out and explore

( LIKE THE REST OF US DID !!!!!! )

Well guys... I'm not sure what happened today. I left home around 6am and just got back now. Went fishing today. It looks like Andre took care of things though.

    Thanks Andre!

mul creek was good fishing, much appreciated

    Sib...

ive checked the topo graphs, but like most of you who ask about what flies to use when u could use a whole internet search and posted the questions here, i wanted some proven waters and some recomended waters

people responding that i should be more polite because they dont know me, etc, dont come across hostile to me, come across hostile to the people who are relunctant to share their knowledge period.

but, its been a good day and tomorow ima do some warm water fly fishing....anybody know any coi flies? lol, this pond has a massive one and that'd be my greatest exotic taken on a fly

    * i know its not gonna happen, lmfao*
