    Re: Crickets

    Ok, here you go, Joe:

    Letort Cricket
    True Cricket
    House Cricket
    Camel Cricket
    Mole Cricket
    Live Cricket
    Dead Cricket
    Chimney Cricket
    Game of Cricket
    A girl named Cricket
    Cricket magazine
    Cricket wireless
Cricket, (family Gryllidae), any of approximately 2,400 species of leaping insects (order Orthoptera) that are worldwide in distribution and known for the musical chirping of the male. Crickets vary in length from 3 to 50 mm (0.12 to 2 inches). They have thin antennae, hind legs modified for jumping, three-jointed tarsal (foot) segments, and two slender abdominal sensory appendages (called cerci). The two forewings are stiff and leathery, and the two long, membranous hind wings are used in flying. (Source Britannica.com)

So, Joe, if I may say so, Joe, there are all kinds of crickets.

Tie some up and fish them, trout love crickets, especially when that means no one is talking.

I have noticed that I now have crickets in my garage. Not sure if I need to worry about them, but thought others should know.

If they're "Camel Crickets" (aka Cave Crickets), it means your garage is too humid. Use a dehumidifier in your garage and basement, or the infestation will eventually look like a scene from a horror movie.

Nope, those we do have out in the shed and I bomb them twice a year. Just your average black chirping crickets that make noise in the dark.

Same here. Even had one crawling over my face one night when I was asleep on the couch. It woke me up and I yelled like a little girl getting her hair pulled. Fired up a dehumidifier the next day and never had another cave cricket inside the house.

GST is getting all the trout forum posts. It is slow, but steady. What neff needs is controversy since it thrived on that instead of trout info.
