    Local WTS

    Went to a very local Jersey WTS this morning. It gets abused by a quarry so it was nice to see the little wild brown and a few healthy holdover stockies...

    I'm pretty certain that the "holdover" you caught is actually a wild fish, in fact a stream bred sea run. Congratulations on that epic accomplishment!!!

    LU - We're yanking a dam out of that stream way up top. Should extend WTS all the way to the uppermost headwaters after next year. Lake is permanently drained since November of last fall.

    A sinking fly is closer to Hell - ​Unknown

    Don't diminish that little trouts journey....conquering several dams, the Panama canal, great white sharks....and I believe it encountered one of your flies on a trip up the Delaware...and survived all the way back to it's spring spawning grounds...!!
