    Trump, executive order

Can someone explain to me trump's order on coal mining....were there redundant laws in place, or did he just undo years of hard work on stream restoration in the coal belt....I just read T.U.'s article in the NY Times....

So what does the bill say...."ruin the water, kill the fish, I don't care what I said during my campaign about clean water, as long as I create jobs....and don't forget to buy clothes from my daughter"?
