Korkers Customer Service
About a year and a half ago I bought a pair of Korkers Metal Head wading boots. Really liked them, the other day after getting out of the water I noticed the knob that the soles attach to was missing on one boot. I contacted Korkers and was told the boots were out of warrenty but send a picture. Ari from korkers contacted me back and said they appeared to be in good shape otherwise and to send them in and he would send me a new pair of the new White Horse Korkers at no charge. I've heard good things about this company and it seems that it's true. Great product and terrific customer service.

Most comfortable wading boot I ever owned.....they are redsides, three years old and fished to death..the color is gone, I have replaced the soles, the upper is shredding, but they still work!!!!!!

had the same issue, cut the tongues out sent a picture and ari sent brand new boots... excellent customer service.....
My biggest worry is that my wife(when I die) will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it
