    Hi TR,

    Completely agree with you!

    NYC continues to play the system and no one is saying anything about it.

    Also, the flood risk needs to be reassessed at times like this and common sense should prevail. When there is no snow pack and very little inflow, it makes no sense to release 1500 or even 500.

    Hopefully your voice will be heard on the 5th.

    We urge everyone that can make it to get to the RFAC meeting at the PPL center in Hawley on the 5th.
