November 21 Special Meeting on Gas Drilling is Cancelled
The Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) today announced that the special meeting scheduled for Nov. 21 to consider draft natural gas development regulations has been postpone.

No... It seems that Delaware said they are a no vote. NY already stated they will be a no vote. The DRBC is worried that their regulations won't pass, thus the postponement.

They are still debating land use issues, PA may decide to withdrawal from the DRBC and NY would likely follow PA.
The DRBC hasn't really done anything except screw things up in the basin.
A good well with a trouble-free delivery system is more comfort than a healthy bank account... water will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through times of no water.
