Casio Exilim. I paid $150 for mine. It's waterproof up to 7ft and shock proof. Small enough and thin enough to just stick in my wading jacket. In fact it's about the size of a blackberry.
Check out my smoky mountain post and you can see some of the underwater shots I did. Finally figured out I had to use the auto focus button and hold it down for a second to get a clear shot of the fish. The brookie was my clearest shot by far. Although I did get some great underwater shots of rocks and a few blurry fish. Haha.
Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.
