    Hello All New Fly-fisherman here

Just wanted to stop in and say hello. I am brand new to the fly fishing game and will mostly be fishing the SBR and Musky. Lot of good info here and hope to learn more as time goes on.

On occasion, I have often thought that if teaching gets to be too much, I should retire early and give tutorials on rock carin stacking and other ornamental things to do on rivers when fishing is slow.

    Kelly,

Would that tutorial be on the water? Ornamental things???

When the fishing is slow...that's usually when I learn the most.

Meaning: pile of rocks to look for when you're trying to get off the Knife Edge in a &hit$torm w/ fog and ice and can't see how far you are about to fall (to certain death).

Talking Re: Hello All New Fly-fisherman here

All tutorials will be held on the water. Lessons will be giving in the popular Rock Carin Creations, Reed Basket Weaving, and Braided Stick Wreaths. Also, there will be a small lecture on turning river trash into recycled art as well as how to avoid the dreaded didymo snot which ruins all natural art endeavors.

Signs up will be this Sunday afternoon on the Ramapo. Hope to see everyone there!!
