What?? No pic of the sucker Dr. Gonzo caught?

You guys looked like you were having a great time. I fished that spot about a half hour after you left but it seems you took the mojo with you when you left. Everyone that fishes with James says the same things about him, and for good reason. It's always nice when a guide stops to chat and pass on some knowledge to others. It was nice running into you today and so glad you had a good day out in NJ waters.

That is the hallmark of any good guide is to come away from the day on the stream and have learned a good deal more on fly fishing than when you first stepped into the water.

Nice running into you too Jess and KLG Neighbor as well. Looks were not deceiving, we had a great time with James! We learned techniques that demystified certain aspects of fly fishing, we learned about the water of the KLG and had a great time overall. James is the first guide I've ever employed and I am happy I did. He really knows what he's doing - from a technical standpoint, you will develop as a fly angler in just a few hours of instruction. He is a fun guy to hang out with and will put you on fish, what more could you want? My only regret is not fishing the afternoon session too.

    Hi Jamie -
Sounds like you had an awesome time. Does James have a site or info that I can check out on the web? Was curious about looking into a trip too.

    Thanks,
    Joe

Dr. - good to meet you too.

Jaimie - ditto, good to put a face to a name.

I ended up skinked on Sunday, but broke that skunk smell today at the pequest. Maybe Joe will post a pix if he sees this.

James - I've only heard good things and it was a pleasure meeting you too.

Jess - sorry about the text message while you were at work today....well, not really
