If anyone wants to live on the Delaware River at Stockport, the house near the launch access is on the market for $1.35 million. Maybe one of you rich guys?

This is the same house that was discussed at length a few years back when the owner tried to extinguish the access easement to the launch site. I guess most of the members did not make the connection but i thought i would throw it out there.

I think this place has been underwater (literally) at least twice in the past 10 years. I'd be very surprised if this place sold so someone with a brain. lol.
