    Get this straight ...

    If I wanted Sprite, I wouldn't have ordered 7-Up.
    If I wanted something from Kentucky, I wouldn't have ordered Jack Daniels.

    If I wanted Pork Roll, I wouldn't have ordered Taylor Ham !

    I never knew the difference .I just thought it was different names for the same thing. I do know I like mine sliced thin and cooked under a steak weight till crispy with a buttered bun toasted on the grill with or without melted cheese .One of the many things I grew up on that I don't see in many places.
