Lon Hydrostop-is it safe to handle?

I was looking to help my bulky flies float better and was considering the Loon Hydrostop liquid. This product reminds me of Scotchguard which has known carcinogens. Since this hydrostop was probably a product developed for industrial applications I was wondering if anyone out there has any information on the safety factor.

    Chris!
    I thought maybe you died.
Good to see you are still kicking.

    Thought of you last year:

Good gawd, John I did almost die on May 5 when I passed out at the wheel and drove unconscious for 700 feet running off the road missing a tree by 2 feet and then hitting a 1000 pound boulder. Other than that I've been doing fine. I hope you are doing well and the alpacas are treating you nicely. Maybe you can make it down to the miracle mile in Deposit this spring? Where is my buddy, Dennis?

Deposit? Sure!!! We can ride there together....
    I'll drive...

    Dennis?
    I'm relatively sure HE died.
    OR
This place is dead to him.
Every once in a while he makes a cameo appearance.

Start a thread about your last fishing adventure...
This place could use the fodder.

If it floats for more than 4 hours, see a doctor?

Well hopefully, you can catch a fish before the 4 hours, then it will need to be "treated" again.
